How should I drink it?

Give the bottle a good shake before opening. Enjoy it chilled or at room temperature. We think it tastes best chilled.

What is the shelf life?

Three months from the date of manufacture. Check your bottle for the batch, manufacturing date and storage instructions.

Kanthari, Kerala’s bird’s eye chilli, brings a lively warmth alongside the tang of nellikka and lime.

Does it contain preservatives?
